Please set aside enough time for your appointment (2-3hrs for eyelash extensions).
We are relocated in San Antonio, TX. The address and more information regarding your appointment will be sent out two days before your scheduled appointment.
Grace Period/Late Policy
- Make sure to arrive on time.
- Arriving more than 10minutes late will require a $20 FEE, as it affects all of the next appointments for that day.
- Your service provider has the right to refuse service if you are more than 12 minutes late.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
- Please make sure to let your service provider know if you are not going to be able to make it to your scheduled appointment or if your need to reschedule at least 24hrs in advance.
- You may cancel before the 24hrs of your appointment at no charge through the booking site or through the link sent to you by text.
- Cancelling within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment will require a 50% fee, that is 50% of the entire service cost. Failure to pay this fee will result in not being able to book with Haus of Beauty again. Thank you for understanding.
- NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Failure to pay this fee will result in not being able to book with Haus of Beauty again. Thank you for understanding.
Payment
- The only forms of payment accepted are card or cash. If you wish to pay with card, please bring that card with you on the day of your appointment. Please note that there is a small card processing fee associated with every transaction.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued.
- Any appointment will require the entry of a credit card information. The system will hold that information in the case that there is any cancellation or no-call/no-show, in which you will be charged the stated fees. No other charges will be made to the card, and you will be notified before your card is ever charged for a cancellation or no-call/no-show.
- Appointments manually scheduled after-hours will incur an After-Hours Fee of $30. These appointments can be made upon request with your service provider and apply to any appointments scheduled after 5pm on working days and any time on non-working days (Business days are Mon-Wed). If your appointment incurs the After-Hours Fee, you will be notified of this beforehand.
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you understand the charges associated with cancellations and no-call/no-shows.
Preparing for your appointment
- Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes and no makeup around the eyes or the area that is being treated.
- Wear comfortable clothing, as you will be laying down for an estimated 2-3hours at a time. If you wish, you can bring a blanket or a sweater with you, as the room might be on the cooler side.
- Unfortunately, I do NOT work over other technician’s work. If you have eyelash extensions from another technician on, please schedule a removal and a full set.
- Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks for proper maintenance. You will be charged a fill price if you still have 40% of the extensions attached at the time of your scheduled fill. If you arrive to your appointment with less than 40%, you may be charged a full set price. Feel free to message your service provider for their opinion if you are unsure about whether you have enough extensions left for your fill.
